Chief Human Resource Officer
As Chief Human Resources Officer, Jim is responsible for leading all people functions for the company including strategic human resource planning, talent management, staffing, leadership development, compensation/benefits, safety and legal compliance.
Jim’s executive human resources career and diverse industry background span privately held through publicly traded international companies in start-up and mature business environments including roles at United Healthcare, Snap-on, Inc. and 3COM / U.S. Robotics.
As a forward-thinking human resources leader, Jim is a passionate believer in building a culture committed to professional growth. He calls upon his extensive experience and education to develop world class talent development and training programs for our various teams. Jim holds certifications in Lominger Career Architect; Center for Creative Leadership 360 Degree Assessment, Diversity Equity and Inclusion, Facet5 Assessment, Rapid Continuous Improvement - 80/20; and GE Work-Out.
Jim received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Western Illinois University, Macomb, Illinois.
